These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dakh7 platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services. By registering an account and using dakh7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Age Restriction — 21+ Only
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use dakh7. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be suspended and any funds reviewed in accordance with our responsible gaming policy.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active dakh7 account. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened by the same individual under different names, and accounts shared between multiple users are prohibited and may be closed without notice.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover condition has been met. Abuse of bonus offers will result in account restriction.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dakh7 login credentials. dakh7 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where credentials have been shared or compromised by the account holder.
Bet Settlement Is Final
Once a bet has been confirmed and settled by dakh7, the result is final. dakh7 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of technical malfunction. Disputed settlements must be raised within 72 hours.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
dakh7 operates responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion. Players who identify themselves as problem gamblers are obligated to use these tools. dakh7 may impose limits or close accounts to protect vulnerable players.
Complete Terms & Conditions
The following constitutes the complete and binding Terms & Conditions agreement between dakh7 and each registered player. These terms are effective as of January 1, 2026.
1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
- "dakh7" refers to the dakh7 platform, its operators, owners, employees, agents, and any affiliated entities responsible for operating the website at dakh7.io.
- "Platform" means the dakh7 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all services, games, betting markets, and tools made available through dakh7.io.
- "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
- "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
- "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sports event, or any other outcome offered through the Platform.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied by dakh7 to all Players prior to withdrawal processing.
- "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which dakh7 player accounts are denominated.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, creating a dakh7 Account, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete and binding agreement between you and dakh7. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
dakh7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where an amendment is material, dakh7 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notification in your Account or on the Platform homepage.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the governing text.
3 Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
Use of the dakh7 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. dakh7 will carry out age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter referred for review.
⚠ Underage Gambling Warning: Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on the dakh7 Platform. 3.2 Geographic Eligibility
The dakh7 Platform is operated for and directed toward adult players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether access to and use of online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. dakh7 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations.
3.3 Competency
You represent that you are of sound mind, that you are acting on your own behalf, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Platform if you are acting as an agent or on behalf of a third party.
3.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally are not eligible to register or hold an Account. Self-excluded individuals who attempt to circumvent an exclusion agreement will have their Account closed and any winnings forfeited.
4 Account Registration
4.1 Registration Process
To access real-money betting and casino services on dakh7, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
4.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on dakh7. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dakh7 reserves the right to close all but one Account, to void any Bets placed, and to withhold Bonus Funds associated with the duplicated accounts.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC)
dakh7 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) or Passport copy
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
- Screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet
- Any additional documentation that dakh7 reasonably requires to satisfy its identity verification obligations
Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.
4.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify dakh7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. dakh7 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.5 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting dakh7 support. dakh7 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
dakh7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at dakh7's discretion. All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on dakh7 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dakh7, though your payment provider's own limits may apply. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for mobile wallet payments.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. dakh7 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Processing times for card-based withdrawals may vary. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. dakh7 does not charge withdrawal fees for mobile wallet cashouts; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
For fraud prevention purposes, dakh7 may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, dakh7 will request documentary evidence of account ownership before processing to an alternative method.
5.5 Currency
All transactions on dakh7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any currency conversion costs associated with international card payments are the sole responsibility of the Player.
5.6 Dormant Accounts
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. dakh7 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant Account balances, after providing 30 days' prior notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
All bonuses and promotional offers on dakh7 are available exclusively to players aged 21 and above who have completed the registration process. dakh7 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw bonus eligibility from any Account at its discretion, particularly where bonus abuse is suspected.
6.2 Welcome Bonus
New Players who make their first qualifying deposit on dakh7 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000, subject to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are not immediately withdrawable.
6.3 Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
dakh7 actively monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, dakh7 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, close the Account, and recover any associated losses.
6.5 Expiry
Bonus Funds that have not been used or wagered within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7 Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Placement
All Bets placed through dakh7 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of a Bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before submitting. dakh7 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet after it has been confirmed, except where dakh7 exercises its right to void a Bet under the circumstances described in these Terms.
7.2 Bet Settlement
dakh7 will settle all Bets in accordance with the rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Settlement is typically completed within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the relevant event. In the event of a discrepancy between the result used for settlement and an official result subsequently confirmed, dakh7 reserves the right to re-settle affected Bets.
7.3 Voided Bets
dakh7 reserves the right to void any Bet where:
- The Bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous or displayed due to a technical fault
- The outcome of the event on which the Bet was placed has been corrupted, manipulated, or subject to match-fixing
- The event was cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement deadline
- The Bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions
Where a Bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
7.4 Maximum Winnings
dakh7 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on individual Bets, markets, and games. Where applicable, maximum payout limits will be displayed in the relevant game or market information. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum may be adjusted to the limit at dakh7's discretion.
7.5 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. dakh7 reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a market is suspended will be honoured provided they do not fall under the voiding criteria above.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dakh7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
- Opening multiple Accounts or participating in the creation of Accounts on behalf of another individual
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt betting activity
- Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, account closure, or Platform restrictions
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the Platform without written authorisation
- Using the Platform in a manner that could damage, impair, or overload dakh7's infrastructure
⚠ Fraud Prevention: dakh7 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all Account activity in real time. Suspicious activity will trigger an investigation and may result in immediate Account suspension pending the outcome of that investigation.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the dakh7 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "dakh7", the dakh7 logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds displays, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of dakh7 or its licensed content providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without written authorisation
- Use the dakh7 brand, logo, or trademarks in any context outside the Platform
- Create derivative works based on Platform content
- Frame or embed the Platform within another website or application
Any unauthorised use of dakh7 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dakh7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted through the Platform
- Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical fault, or circumstances beyond dakh7's control
- Errors in odds display or game outcome presentation due to technical malfunction, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon identification
- Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security
- Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers
dakh7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict dakh7's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
dakh7 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by the dakh7 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and dakh7.
By registering an Account, you consent to dakh7 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. All data is stored and transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. dakh7 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe consistent with dakh7's legal obligations, including any data retention requirements related to financial records and KYC compliance.
12 Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account dashboard.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block re-registration for a minimum of 6 months.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date displayed clearly in the hero section above.
Your continued use of the Platform after any change to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. dakh7 will not be bound by any prior version of these Terms once an updated version has been published.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dakh7 operates. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal remedies.
In the event of a dispute regarding Bet settlement, account decisions, or payment processing, you must first submit a formal complaint to dakh7 at [email protected] with full details of the issue. dakh7 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a resolution within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with dakh7's resolution, you may pursue further recourse through applicable legal channels.
These Terms & Conditions are written in and shall be interpreted according to the English language. Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect.
